CapitalCypher
Delhi has a voice.
This is the cypher.
An independent platform for hip-hop, rap, beatmaking, freestyle, and the artists shaping Delhi's underground sound.
No stage. No gatekeepers. What is a cypher?
A circle, a beat, and a turn.
The oldest format in hip-hop: somebody presses play, somebody steps in, and the mic moves on. No line-up, no hierarchy — just whoever's got something to say.
Capital Cypher is a home for Delhi's underground sound: the rappers, producers, beatmakers and visual artists building it from bedrooms, rooftops and lane corners.
